Data we collect
Our contact and initial membership forms collect the identity and contact details you provide, basic vehicle information and your message. We do not request ID or bank details through the public website.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to answer enquiries, manage membership applications and communicate with members. The legal basis is your consent and, once membership is formalised, performance of the membership relationship and compliance with legal duties.
Providers and recipients
Formspree processes form submissions as a technology provider. Vercel hosts the website and, only with your consent, measures aggregated traffic and performance. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for the time required to answer them and address potential liabilities. Member data is retained for the duration of membership and applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing clasicostui@gmail.com. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
